Delaware Pinball Collective (DPC) offers one package for private parties like birthdays, holiday parties, company outings, etc.

  • Party rentals are 2 hours long

    • Members may rent additional hours at $60/hr

  • The package covers the space rental with an additional $5/person applied up to 65 people

  • We will set up the tables and chairs for you, but cannot host the party (i.e. serve the food, cake, etc.)

  • Additional fees may apply if area is not properly cleaned or any damage is done to the property and/or machines

The DPC is a 15-minute drive from at least 30 restaurants and Fulton Paper and Party Supply.

FAQs

How do I reserve my date?

A 50% deposit along with the signed agreement is required to hold the date; the balance due must be paid no later than the day of the event.

What times can i have my party?

Private parties can only be booked during NON-CLUB HOURS. 
The following are acceptable times to have your party:

  • Mondays - 10am to 11pm

  • Tuesdays - 10am to 5pm

  • Wednesdays - 10am to 11pm

  • Thursdays - 10am to 5pm

  • Fridays - 10am to 5pm

  • Saturdays - 10 to 12pm and 6pm to 11pm

  • Sundays - 10 to 12pm and 6pm to 11pm

Glitter, loose sprinkles, and open flames (birthday candles excluded) are not allowed in the clubhouse.

While balloons are allowed, they cannot be tied to any of the machines.

What’s not allowed?

Alcohol is allowed on the premise as part of refreshments, but it cannot be sold; said alcohol must be supervised at all times.

Can we bring alcohol?

Can we bring supplies the day before

or pick them up the day after the party?

No. All supplies must be set up and cleaned up the day of your party during the two hours (or more) allotted for your party.

Do we have to bring quarters?

Nope! All of our machines are set to free play, which means no quarters needed to have fun.
